I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you. Every Friday, Bowman Cellars is the place to be for our special Friday Happy Hour, and I wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at what makes this event so special.

Why Smash Burgers?

When we were brainstorming ideas for our Friday Happy Hour, we wanted to offer something unique and delicious that would pair perfectly with our wines. That’s when the idea of smash burgers came up. Smash burgers are all about simplicity and flavor. By pressing the patties flat on a hot griddle, we achieve that perfect crispy edge and juicy interior that makes every bite irresistible. They have become a local favorite!

We are obviously known for our Smash Burgers, however we offer cheese and charcuterie boards, fries and aioli, a seasonal salad, chocolate chip cookies and vegetarian options for our Happy Hour.

  • Wines: Explore our curated selection of Bowman Cellars wines, perfectly paired with your meal. All wines are $10 a glass.
